1. Agreement

By using 47Creative, the agency owner ("you") agrees to these terms on behalf of the agency. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service description

47Creative is a private CRM for OnlyFans management agencies. It syncs the agency's connected creator accounts, surfaces fan + revenue data, and coordinates staff workflows. It does not transact payments or initiate withdrawals.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials secret. Mission Control admin + agency owner accounts SHOULD have MFA enabled.
• The lawful operation of any creator accounts you connect — you must have written consent from the creator.
• Staff you invite to your agency. Their actions are attributable to your agency.

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Connect a creator account without that creator's documented consent.
• Use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate fans.
• Attempt to access another agency's data, or test the agency-isolation boundary outside of an authorised security review.
• Use the connector to initiate any banking, tax, or withdrawal changes.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the data your agency stores in the CRM. We process it on your instructions. See the Privacy Policy for processing details.

6. Service availability

We target high availability but make no SLA at this tier. Scheduled maintenance is announced in Mission Control's outage banner. Connector functionality depends on OnlyFans' upstream availability and may degrade independently of our systems.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from agency Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Termination triggers the data retention path in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by upstream platform changes (OnlyFans algorithm rotations, account bans, etc.).

9. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be announced via Mission Control's outage banner + email at least 14 days before they take effect.
